Great location!! There is a bus stop just a 1 minute walk to the next street over (comes every hr) or a 6 min walk to the Gc highway(comes every 10-15 minutes). If you have a car, I have a driveway for parking. You will find Tallebudgera creek is just the next street over if your up for a swim or a nice stroll, it leads all the way to the beach which is on the other side of the hwy, or even a walk up and around Burleigh hill (very beautiful lookouts up there). There is quite a lot of lovely cafes, restaurants and supermarkets around (just a 5 min drive or bus ride away). Even some beautiful beachfront views from Talley surf club (a 5 min walk away) if youre up for a drink or a feed, and a cafe right next to it along talley creek.
