I moved to the Gold Coast 11 years ago, chasing the sun, and to live by the beach for a healthier lifestyle.
I work full time with flexibility between working from home and working in the office and have plans to build my own business so will have a fairly busy day to day routine.
I’m passionate about health and well-being and enjoy an active outdoor lifestyle.
I'm an earlier riser who likes to head out for a sunrise walk so am often early to bed.
Male or female (no couples please), no pets (only one per apartment for body corporate), no kids (not suitable space) and non-smoker.
I'm looking to share my abode with someone who loves dogs (I have a well behaved and friendly small dog), who is financially stable and able to pay rent on time, a non-smoker, not a big drinker, clean and tidy (this is a minimalist apartment without mess or clutter), who is thoughtful and respectful and who enjoys a drama free, peaceful home and their own company as this is definitely not a party house (however guests are always welcome). Also, ideally not someone who works from home full time either.
I'm looking for a long-term housemate for 1 year plus however will consider 6-8 months as well.
