King bedroom with ensuite that has a bath and separate shower, with unlimited internet and garage parking included. The bedroom has a double wardrobe and ceiling fan. If required I have a double bed, desk and bookcase you can use. This property is fully fenced and private. It is only 13 minutes walking distance to the g-link and 1 minutes walk to public transport and close to the university hospital. It has a great covered entertaining area outside with an easy to maintain lawn, great for BBQs.

The house is fully furnished and you can use everything washing machine, fridge, all kitchen equipment and utensils etc This property has aircon and ceiling fans and a dishwasher. I also have a smart TV with all the apps installed like Netflix etc There is a shed available for extra storage. My flatmate, Charlie and I are hoping to find a flatmate who is looking for long term accommodation and hope to become good friends with 😊 Must love dogs 💃🐕
