About the property

Hi I am Toni and I live with my very friendly and well trained Labrador ‘Jaz’ who I like to walk often to keep fit 🦮🏃‍♀️ and my housemate Sarah. We have a queen bedroom available, with exclusive use of the main bathroom, (as the other rooms have ensuites) and remote control garage parking. It has a ceiling fan and double wardrobe and unlimited internet is included. If required it also has a queen bed and shelves. $310per week, available now. The house is fully furnished and you can use everything washing machine, fridge, all kitchen equipment and utensils etc This property has aircon and ceiling fans and a dishwasher. I also have a smart TV with all the apps installed like Netflix etc
There is a shed available for extra storage. The property in fully fenced and only 10 minutes walk to the g-link train and there is a bus stop only 1 minutes walk.
We are hoping to find a clean, respectful, friendly, trustworthy, easy going, flatmate looking for long term accommodation and hope to become good friends with 😊
