I’m looking for one awesome flatmate to join me in my 3brm, 2 bathroom semi-detached townhouse at Robina. The house is centrally located 5 min to Robina Town Centre, Bond University and the M1.
Your room has a walk-in-robe and ceiling fan. It is furnished with a queen bed and bedside tables and lamps (if desired) and you have your own private bathroom next to your bedroom. There is driveway parking if you have a car.
Downstairs has air con, kitchen/dining/lounge, powder room and a large, grassed yard. Upstairs is the 3 bedrooms. The 3rd bedroom is used as a home office.
