The house is just off western end of Markeri Street so is a great location with easy access to Broadbeach, Nobbys and Burleigh and very close to Pacific Fair and Robina Town Centre.
There is a great park right next to the house which is great for walks and has lots of sports going on there if that is of any interest. There are separate outdoor areas so good if anyone wants some private time. The house is on a corner block so there is access on both sides.
Room 1 is a double room with air conditioning and has its own separate entrance.
