This is a unique opportunity to rent a large bedroom with your own large bathroom on the second floor of a townhouse.
My house has a garage and carport, and the backyard is paved and partly covered with a colorbond roof, situated in a quiet complex with a pool and tennis court.
Your private bathroom shares the same hallway as the bedrooms and is situated opposite. The main bedroom is large enough for a double bed and a study/dressing table.
The kitchen has a new cooktop and oven, a new fridge. The kitchen also has a microwave and dishwasher, and a new washing machine in the laundry.
The nearest shopping centre is a 4-minute drive. Griffith Uni is an 8 - 10 min drive along one road. According to my last lodgers, there is a good bus service.
The highway is a 15-minute drive through Hope Island.
Harbour Town Shopping Centre is 5 minutes along one road.

I'm not looking for a flatmate(s) - more of a house sitter. I'm pretty private when at home and make fairly regular business trips. For that reason, I would like someone who likes my dogs and is ok with feeding them when I'm away ( no need to walk them).
When I'm home, I practise judo a few times weekly and walk my dogs. NO SMOKERS PLEASE.
