Room Available August ❤️Beautiful 2 bedroom home in Runaway Bay close to the hospital, Griffith University, Harbour Town and the beach.
*The available bedroom has a massive 4 door master wardrobe with shelving and 2 single beds, ideal for 2 friends, sisters etc.
*To clarify, you will have to find a friend to share the room with. It is $500 for 2 people (split between 2 people it’s $250 each) or if you want the room all to yourself it’s only $325, not shared with anyone.

You are sharing the kitchen and bathroom with only 1 other Japanese 21 year old female - Ayano. Ayano has her own private room, you will not be sharing a room with her.

There is a bike, helmet and lock for you to use too.
Harbourtown and the beach is only 10minutes ride or 20minutes walk away. The bus runs every 15 minutes to Southport via Griffith University.
A little about us: My 15 year old daughter, husband and I live in the main house which is completely separate from the 2 bedroom home. We only share a driveway with the home. We have been supporting Home Stay and international students since 2016. My husband and I work at the local school and our daughter attends Queensland Academy and travels to Griffith University every day by bus. We are a quiet household and have a study focus
The bond is 2 weeks rent and rent is paid 2 weeks in advance. Bond is returned once an inspection has been completed. There is no minimum stay period but please provide 2 weeks notice if you wish to move out. There is no written contract, just a verbal agreement based on trust and respect.
We do ask that absolutely no one else stays over for the privacy and safety of the female only household. We also ask you socialise at the home with females only to keep the home peaceful and safe.
