About the house

I have poured a lot of time and effort into transforming this old house into a welcoming home. It is just a few minutes from the tram and only seconds from the bus stop. The space is full of character with vinyl records throughout and a patio that radiates summer vibes. We also offer a greenhouse, a spacious walk in pantry, and large food and drinks fridges with their own designated areas. On top of that, your rent includes unlimited internet, Netflix, and air conditioning.

Who we are looking for

I am seeking a respectful, sociable, and tidy individual who does not smoke and works full time. Cleanliness is important to us because this older house can get a bit messy, so we need someone who is proactive about keeping our shared space in order. (Our previous flat mates did not meet this standard, so please only apply if you are committed to contributing.)

Additional preferences include owning a car and not working from home.

UPDATE: Room 1 is the only available room. The house is currently home to three males, including myself, all aged between 28 and 33. We all work full-time and value a balance between work, social time, and personal space.

Im looking for someone who is respectful, social, clean, non-cigarette smoker and working full time. I have to reiterate on the 'clean' bit as this place can get pretty messy as it’s an old house, so we are planning to find someone who has initiative to lend a hand around the house. (Our previous flat mates haven't lived up to these standards, and if you don't think you can then this is not the house for you.)
