I am looking for an easy going, trustworthy and drama free person (or couple) to rent the 2nd bedroom from me. I am 32 and work full time (in juvenile justice). My friends would describe me as outgoing and social, however I equally like my own space and often hang out in my bedroom watching Netflix etc I am a bit of a clean freak and like to be house proud. I’m easygoing, eco conscious and would consider myself a great housemate 😊
Would be required to pay 2 weeks rent up front.
Not a party house, but a few drinks on the weekend never hurt anyone 😉
