We have a room for $350 a week (bills not incl.) in Southport

Spacious master bedroom in 3 bedroom townhouse. Walk in robe plus ensuite with spa bath. Aircon. Partially Furnished.

Located in Southport close to public transport.

This room would be best suited to someone who doesnt mind a bit of fun or the occasional noise. You would be sharing with two other females. We also have a cat so an animal lover is a must!

Bond is $500

Available from 6th May (ASAP move in preferable) Rent paid fortnightly.

Hi! Im Shiralee! I am an 18 year old studying Veterinary Nursing. I enjoy gaming and reading so I will spend most of my time in my room. I occassionally have my boyfriend over however we are clean and quiet! I dont mind myself a night out or listening to some music! I am an outgoing individual! My Mother also lives in the house, she is 55 but still full of life! You’ll catch her cleaning all the time, but she loves socialising and meeting new people! She does smoke however does not smoke inside any common areas, keeping self contained in that respect
