This is more than a room—it includes your bedroom, ensuite bathroom, walk-in wardrobe, and a private living area, with the option of a separate entrance for maximum independence. so it truly feels like your own space.

🏡 The Home Vibe: We are two easygoing Brazilians, Graciele & Lais, who enjoy going to the beach, relaxed dinners, and sharing good conversations over a glass of wine or beer. The home is safe, calm, respectful, and welcoming, perfect as your retreat. You'll also be living with our two cuddly Ragdoll cats 🐾.

* Rent Includes: All bills are included in the $550 weekly rent.
* Privacy vs. Share: You have your private suite downstairs. We share the kitchen and laundry upstairs, and you're always welcome to join us in the main living room.
* Parking: 1 dedicated undercover car spot plus access to the complex's 4 resident parking spots (always free) and street parking.
* Security: Located in a secure, gated complex with only a few homes.
* Furnishing: Flexible—can be furnished or unfurnished.
* Suitable for: Single or couple.
* Stay: Minimum 2 months stay, with 2 weeks notice required to leave.
* Our Expectations: This is a no-party house—no drugs or vaping. We are very clean and are looking for housemates who share the same vibe and level of cleanliness.
