Private room with own bathroom - sharing with professional couple from Croatia and Peru. Single person $400 pw (prefer female) OR Couple $500 pw. All bills included in rent (electricity/internet/Netflix). Apartment is 2brm with a back and front terrace. Room is fully furnished with own bathroom. Tenant must be clean, responsible, respectful and pay rent on time. We work F/T, so you have plenty of space to enjoy space We respect privacy, but also happy to share a drink and up for a friendly chat. No parties or sleep overs.
