This boutique furnished townhouse comes with all you need! Close to Unis, public transport and site seeing of the beautiful Gold Coast. Spacious rooms with built in robes and quaint patio as well. Bathroom is shared with one other housemate. The home has A/C in open area and ceiling fans in all rooms. A single bed can be provided if need be! Bills are not included in the price of rent but are evenly split between 3 people and prices for all utilities together averages about $90 a month per person(water, electricity + internet incl.). Bond will be $1000 upfront and approval will be needed by real estate also. Inspections are welcomed! You will have the chance to live with 2 Aussie men of 22 & 21 years of age who both are chefs and are passionate about food, cooking and cleanliness👨‍🍳 We both are movie goers, sociable and easy going people who like abit of adventure😎 We are seeking someone who is respectful, neat & tidy and respects owning a clean + organised home as we do.
