Hi guys, we’re looking for a flatmate for females room
It’s a really huge house which’s a new renovation with a perfect condition
The room fits who is tidy and respectful other share mates, we’re not strict about house rules
as long as you clean up your own stuff in the public area such as kitchen, bath, etc
All of the members in the house is almost students
The room that you will be given is pretty much big size with enough storage space for 2 girls
You’ll share the room with a Japanese girl who is outgoing and respectful another one
And also comes with single bed with base
for a private room is anyone welcomes single or couple with any gender
to sum it up
● shared room for girls available from 5th March ( 150$ per week)
● private room for anyone single or couple available from 22nd April
(for single: 230$, for a couple: 280$ per week)
- Payment every 2 weeks
- Notice to move out at least a month
- Bond 300$ (2 weeks)
