I’m looking for a couple to take over my current flatmates’ part of the lease. I’m already living in the house and have been here for over 2 years. The master bedroom is now available, and I’m looking for new flatmates to move in and share the place with me for the next 6 months.
💰 Rent: $860/week total to divide by 3
⚡ Electricity bills: every 3 months, also divided by 3
🛏️ The room is very spacious with its own private en-suite bathroom, including 2 sinks and a shower.
🏡 The entire apartment is fully furnished (252m²) with a large kitchen and living space.
