It’s Golden Gate Apartments in Surfers Paradise. The Surfers Paradise North tram stop is right outside the building. There are small sea views, it’s just across the road to the beach. The building has a pool, spa, bbq, large park area, pickleball courts, basketball hoops, library, hairdresser and beauty facilities. It also has security guards and administration/concierge.

You would have a large and spacious bedroom which comes furnished with a queen bed, desk and wardrobe which has built in hanging and drawer spaces. You also have your own bathroom with toilet, shower, bath and vanity.

Shared spaces include a large shared balcony overlooking the pool with some sea views, lounge, dining, kitchen and a laundry.
