Your welcome to stay at my beautiful prestige canal water front home with a nice bright and airy feel. The home is furnished with elegant high end, modern furnishings and comes with a full size pool table, piano for guests use.

My Guests can enjoy well appointed bedrooms with a luxurious bathroom and separate toilet.
(But only fit one person one room) thanks
Public transport is close (Bus/Tram 6 mins walking 10 mins to beach or 20 mins to the heart of Surfers Beach, restaurants, shops, and theme parks close by.

I am friendly and easy-going, value my privacy, and cherish my home. My roommates are respectful and frequently help with cleaning. There are three rooms downstairs, but only two are available for rent. Therefore, the bathroom is shared between two people. The house is spacious; if you are a couple, you can rent the other room for an extra fee. My room is upstairs, so you will have ample privacy. My roommates are from overseas and Australia, and they all have jobs. They enjoy surfing at nearby Surfers Paradise and can take the tram to many places on the Gold Coast. I am looking for a roommate with a full-time job.

If the other person feels it's not a good fit, we will not continue living together, so the lease can be cancelled at any time.
