:) Lovely, peaceful home. very close to the beach (5 min walk), Main beach tram station (3 min walk). Tedder avenue (5 min walk) North east on the water with ensuite.

House is large and spacious with multiple lounge rooms

Room is queen sized bed, and private with walk in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom

House has Good security, alarm system, cameras

I'm a mum with 2 good teenagers (who live here 70% of the time) and an adorable Cavoodle dog. Teenagers are good, quiet and spend most of their time in their rooms these days, when not out. Over the school holidays they are only here 50% of the time

I have the house cleaned every 2 weeks, and pool/garden taken care of. You just need to tidy up after yourself :) The house is spacious and I like to keep it really tidy

It's a peaceful family home xx
