We’re Ciarán and Thais and we’re looking for a couple to move in with us on Chevron Island! We’re looking for someone who wants to stay long term, splitting rent and bills evenly with a view to joining the lease and perhaps handing the lease over in the new year. House is fully furnished and includes 50 inch TV in living room, pool table, excercise equipment in garage and bbq on patio.

Great location on Chevron Island, bus stop round the corner aswell as several shops and restaurants. 15 minute walk into Surfers and the beach. Property has driveway, garage and loads of on-road overnight parking. Not a party house but no dramas with friends or significant others coming round so long as they respect the place and neighbours.

We’re both early risers, being a Carpenter and a Barista, so probably after someone who follows a similar routine. We’re both easy going, happy to sit and talk or allow you your own space. We like to keep the house clean. We both like camping, photography and going on walks and are both fairly musical. House is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom - currently we have a friend staying with us in the smaller bedroom but the eventual intention would be to turn his room into a spare room/extra lounge area and perhaps sell off the pool table to make the space less of a boys house.
