Bedroom is fully furnished with double bed, pillows, bed linen and blankets. Pillows have pillow protectors and mattress a mattress protector. Two bedside tables, bedside lamp, smaller dresser drawers and tv connected to streaming services (Netflix and prime video) and clothes rack in room.
Will have own bathroom with shower over bath and vanity and separate toilet, however bathroom is also a laundry with a washing machine and laundry tub and will require access also by main occupant 1-2 times per week. Bath towels, bath mats and hand towels and face washers and beach towels also provided.
Bedroom is for private use for one person only. No couples or other.

Property is close to all amenities and is central to beaches (2min walk), social hubs (5min tram ride/uber/taxi ride), cafes (on same street or nearby up at Cavill avenue or Broadbeach which is a 20min walk or 5min by tram/bus/uber) , restaurants and public transport for you to get to work or to the local shops/cafes. Nearest cafes/takeway shops 5mins; 10mins walk away. Broadbeach - 20 min walk. Cavill Ave, Surfers - 20min walk. Bus 705 runs along my street. So does the free shuttle bus to Pacific Fair. 5mins walk to Northcliffe tram stop.

Hi I'm Lisa, 41yo Aussie tv/film creative. Single, no kids. Love dogs, but sadly don’t have one anymore and home is not suited. Only have plants to look after these days. lol
I work in film and tv and get along with most people of all ages and enjoy arts, crafts, sunsets, swimming and coffees, trivia, quieter social nights out (not partying), the movies and Road trips. I also enjoy to paddle board during the summer and used to play beach volleyball, but have a small injury that I’m trying to recover from thats preventing this. I enjoy fitness walks/light hikes, live music and live the quieter life these days, compared to the party days of my 20's/early 30s! :)
I'm friendly, easy going, like a clean and tidy home and quiet weekends, but do getting out in the fresh air, going for a swim in the pool or the beach/creek and enjoy socialising. I'm honest, reasonable, mature and a fair person and would like to find someone who is respectful of my home but would also like you to feel comfortable during your short time here.
Please note that this is not a party house, its my home, so am not looking for someone who wants to have big socials or bring a party here as I respect my neighbours and would like to maintain a good relationship with them.
