I moved to the Gold Coast from Melbourne back in 2015 chasing the sun, and to live by the beach for a healthier lifestyle.

I work full time as a Project Support Officer, am passionate about health and well-being and enjoy an active outdoor lifestyle.

I'm an earlier riser who likes to head out for a sunrise walk so am often early to bed.

I'm looking to share my abode with a female who loves dogs (I have a well behaved and friendly 2 year old toy poodle), who is financially stable and able to pay rent on time, a non-smoker, not a big drinker, clean and tidy (this is a minimalist apartment without mess or clutter), who is a thoughtful and respectful and who enjoys a peaceful home and their own company as this is definitely not a party house (however guests are always welcome). Also, ideally not someone who works from home.

Ideally, I'm looking for a long-term housemate for 1 year plus however will consider 6-8 months as well.
