This is a comfortable home with neutral decor, timber highlights plus quality furniture, fittings and appliances throughout. I've been here over a decade and currently have another three year lease - so this is a stable, long term home for the right person.

The lounge room, kitchen & separate dining area open onto a covered patio and secure backyard. The share bathroom is large with shower, bath, plus seperate toilet.

There is a park across the road and the house is close to shops, medical and community centres, outdoor heated swimming pool, bus stop, & parks with easy access to M1.

The gardens are well maintained, the home is professionally cleaned weekly and household chores are shared.

This is a friendly, relaxed home, that is drug and smoke free where drunkeness is not tolerated.

Must love animals as I already have little dogs and cats here, though there is room for an extra cat (or two) in a private, secure cat enclosure off the vacant bedroom.

Description of pets
I own one dog, a schnoodle named Wookie who helps me look after emergency care little dogs. The dogs sleep in my room and if you have a cat, it will have its own secure cat run and never come in contact with the dogs.
