We are very close to shops & takeout, and 10 minutes drive away from Coomera station with bus stations also nearby.
Shared downstairs kitchen, dining & living area, with a small bathroom/laundry. There is also a small outdoor area.
We have 4 tandem parking spots for our unit, 2 covered 2 driveway- depending on your schedule we can sort out who parks where.
We are not a party house but we do host friends somewhat regularly and have some stay a night or so every few months.
