There’s a covered outdoor alfresco area—perfect for relaxing or entertaining—as well as a solar power system to help keep energy costs down. The home is equipped with three split-system air conditioners and ceiling fans throughout for year-round comfort.
Conveniently located close to public transport and the Upper Coomera shopping centre, with easy access to Woolworths, a medical centre, 7-Eleven, and local cafes.

I’m friendly, easy-going, respectful, tidy, and quite independent. I work from home most of the week (around 80%) and stay active — I’m often out for pilates, cycling, horse riding, and the occasional dog playdate.
I share my home with two quiet, well-behaved Beagle dogs and a gentle Ragdoll cat, so you’d need to be comfortable around animals.
For the past 8 years, I lived with and cared for my elderly father, who has recently passed away. I’m now ready to share my home again and would love to find someone who is considerate, clean, and enjoys a calm, relaxed living environment.
If you’re easy-going, respectful of space, and happy to live in a peaceful home, I’d love to hear from you.
If you’re after a quiet, drama-free home but still enjoy the occasional chat, this could be a great fit. I’d prefer someone who is studying or working full or part time, and who values a clean, respectful living environment.
Please note this is a non-smoking home, and unfortunately I can’t accommodate additional pets as I already have two Beagles and a cat.
There’s also some extra space available, with a spare room and an outdoor shed for storage if needed.
They are well cared for, and I maintain a clean yard by regularly picking up after them. They sleep outside in their kennels.
I also have a Ragdoll cat named Smudge. He is very friendly and has access to a secure outdoor enclosure via a sliding window insert. He spends his days either outside in the enclosure or in the room with access to it. He uses a sandpit in the enclosure, which is cleaned regularly, so there is no indoor litter tray.
At night, Smudge is allowed inside the house and typically sleeps on my bed.
