The House:

-Large home with a spacious kitchen, 2 bathrooms, two living areas, and two patios.
-Yours will be a shared bathroom with one other flatmate (bath, shower, -separate toilet, and powder room)
-Spare bedroom available for visitors
-Located close to Coles and a bus stop.
-Air conditioning in living rooms.
-The common areas are already fully furnished, including washing machine and dryer. Extensive cooking appliances and a coffee machine.

One room available in a spacious modern home on Reserve Road, Upper Coomera. Available 29th June.
You will also have shelf for storage available in the garage, could organize more storage for an additional cost.

We have a dog and cat cat so we would need someone happy to be around animals :)

Bond is 4 weeks rent and you must stay two weeks in advance additionally.

We do keep a clean household, so we’re looking for someone who:
-Tidies up after themselves
-Doesn’t leave food out overnight
-Is respectful of shared spaces.
