A beautiful and extremely central 3 bedroom unit right next to Christine Avenue. I have a spacious shared living area with comfortable lounges and a 6 seater table, am just waiting on a new set of chairs, bookshelf, and a few pieces of extra furniture.

There is a private outdoor courtyard with space for outdoor dining/BBQ facilities and a leafy surround. The kitchen area is spacious and fully self contained with a stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, nespresso machine, fruit ninja, microwave, and all the basic amenities. We have air conditioning in the living room and powerful (but quiet) ceiling fans in the bedrooms, and you’ll be sharing a bathroom with my other roommate. There is a washing machine, laundry sink and clothes dryer in the garage.

We are a 2 minute walk from the Christine Corner shopping facility (chemist warehouse, bakery, night owl, sushi train, doctors etc) and bus stop, 10-15 minute walk to Aldi in Varsity, a 5 minute drive to Treetops shopping centre with Coles, and a 20 minute bike ride (or 5-10 minute drive) to North Burleigh beach. Also very close walk (3-5 minutes) to Lake Orr. There is lots of shady street parking just outside the unit, or you can part in the complex just outside the garage if you’re leaving before me in the morning (as I park in the garage) :)

Your rent includes electricity, water and internet/TV plus you can use my Netflix/Stan/Disney+ accounts if needed :)
