Located in Varisty Lakes, only 3km from Bond Uni and very central to shops and Robina Town Centre.
The unit has quite a large lounge area, great balcony over looking trees. It’s located in a complex and you will have access to the pool, small gym and sauna.
You’ll have your own bathroom, and the bedroom has a built in wardrobe. You’ll need to BYO bed, if that’s a deal breaker let me know and I can see what I can do. My current roommate had a bed and desk in the room.
There isn’t off street parking but there is always parking in the road right near the gate to the complex at the back (where the unit is). Current housemate has never had an issue.
