Looking for a female housemate, ideally in her 30s, to share a beautiful waterfront home in Varsity Lakes.

The available room is a private single bedroom in a spacious, well maintained house with a peaceful atmosphere.

The room is unfurnished, has plenty of natural light and includes a built in wardrobe.

The house is positioned on the waterfront and features a fully equipped kitchen, shared bathroom, outdoor entertaining area overlooking the water and off street parking. It is located in a quiet, safe neighbourhood close to shops, cafes, public transport and Bond University.

I’m looking for someone who is employed, financially stable, clean, respectful and considerate, and who enjoys a peaceful and friendly living environment.

Rent is $300 per week plus shared household bills.
Bond $1200

References are required and an application process will apply.
Application is contribute to rent, not being added to lease.
