Description of the home

Looking for a friendly, respectful housemate to rent one bedroom in a three bedroom and two bathroom home. Situated in a lovely quiet location with very friendly neighbours. There is a small park right out the front of the house and it’s only a 3 minute walk to nearby sporting fields.

The room and house comes furnished (room for rent contains a double size bed with large built-in wardrobe). The home is designed to accommodate two separate living quarters with two bedrooms, a bathroom/toilet, laundry and sunroom toward the back of the house, and the owners bedroom, loungeroom, dining area, kitchen and ensuite at the front of the house, with a wall/door between these two areas for extra privacy. The living area and bathroom/toilet at the back of the house is designated for housemates.

Initially one bathroom will be exclusively yours. There is plenty of parking available directly across from the house. Ideally 3 months stay with option to extend if it’s a good fit!

Housemate would be sharing the home with owner (female, 27), her partner who visits as well as works from home occasionally and a golden retriever. So must like dogs! Non smoker is a must.
