Double story brick house with 4 bedrooms on the upper floor. Two bedrooms share a first floor balcony. There are two bathrooms one on the upper and one on the ground floor.
There is a verandah at the front of the house and a full length verandah at the rear of the house.
There are three separate living areas, the bedroom comes with the use of these to use as an office to work from entertainment area or just sit on the couch to enjoy quiet time or watch your favorite TV shows or movies.
The rear verandah is set up with a table, chairs and a lounge to enjoy some quiet time outside whether the sun is shining or we are enjoying some much needed rain.
The area is very quiet with plenty of off street parking outside.
Not suitable for dogs requiring secure fencing.
Close to Urangan beach and cypress street public bus routes to Pialba and the Urangan marina.
Please note the room is only available for a female room mate.
