Description of the home
2 min walk to beach 5 min walk to shops. Bus stop out front. 2 house mates. We have a cat and a dog. Room is unfurnished but can help out if needed. Internet is included in rent, power is split 3 ways each month. Easy going and clean house mates, 41 year old male and 41 year old female. Both work full time and not home much. Great neighbourhood and neighbours. Room will be available from March 3rd 2024.
