Room for Rent in Moonah – $230/wk incl. bills

Hi there! I’m a 35 y.o. gal looking for a new housemate to take a decent-sized room in my place in Moonah. My current housemate is moving back home interstate after being here for a few months for work.

The house is a 2-bedder with a shared bathroom, kitchen, and a large, sunny living space that has both heating and air con. There’s also off-street parking, a small enclosed yard, and we’re super close to shops and bus routes.

The room is a good size with built-ins, and can come furnished or unfurnished — there’s also an electric heater that keeps it nice and cosy in winter. It’s available from July 28. Rent is $230 per week, including bills (power, water, internet etc.).

A bit about me — I work a mix of from home and in the office, and when I’m not working, I’m either chilling at home or out and about catching up with friends and family. I don’t smoke, enjoy a glass of wine now and then, and like keeping things pretty relaxed at home. Definitely not a party house.

I’m allergic to cats, so unfortunately can’t live with any. Non-smokers are preferred, and I’m open to flexible lease lengths if that helps.
