Home Description

Description of the home

Hey y’all! We are two easy going, vibrant, adventurous folk (guy, & gal - not a couple), looking for a colourful, spirited, like minded housemate(s) to join us on the city fringe end of New Town – single, couple, LGBTQ, non binary, more than welcome! We love to travel, cook, eat, laugh, read, write, recite, BBQ, the outdoors, spontaneity! Rent is $200 single, $280 couple (+$6.50 wifi & $6 weekly for lawnmower bloke, and 'house stuff' - oh & a split power bill which is always reasonably priced). 5 minutes to bus stop/, supermarket, & bottle shop. Carport, garage, OSP, heaps of storage, all mod cons. Sadly no pets, smoking ay ok outside. Room fully furnished (except bed), sunny, heaps of wardrobe space, and all other things listed! Some of it can be moved out if necessary.
Available November 2nd.

Bills and expenses

$6.50 weekly for WIFI, $7 p/w for lawnmower bloke and 'house stuff'. Power on top, but we live conservatively, so it is always moderate. Still reasonable cost of living! :-)
