The room is furnished with a queen bed & a small desk and chair. Renter will need to provide own bedding (sheets, doona, pillows etc.).
Room has big windows, hardwood floors and a built in wardrobe.
House is under 15mins walk to UTas Sandy Bay campus or an easy bus or bike ride into town.
The third bedroom is for my friends and family who come to stay periodically.

About the occupants
I am a 36year old returning to full time study (medicine) and working part time. Much of any spare time I get revolves around taking my lovely dog for walks or heading off on adventures. With my studies I will be home quite a bit but studying from my room.
I like to get up early and tend to head to bed fairly early. I like getting outdoors in nature at every chance I get, swimming, running, hiking all favs. Also love having friends and family to visit and have recently (through necessity) discovered gardening. Wow, I sound a lot older than I am haha! I also love stand up comedy and live music whenever the opportunity arises.

Looking for a kind, respectful individual who enjoys living with others and a dog (who sheds sorry!). They ideally are quite independent and have their own things going on as my days are pretty packed with study, work and getting outdoors for exercise with the doggo. So whilst I love the idea of lots of chill time and hanging out with housemates I want to be honest that I tend to be on the go for much of the day.
They are happy to clean up after themselves, contribute to house responsibilities, friendly, respectful and happen to be an excellent communicator.
