I have a room available in our cute terrace house on Lansdowne Cres in West Hobart. It's perfect place for someone who is moving from interstate or another share house, because there's heaps of room for lots of stuff.
Great West Hobart location. 30 min walk or 5 minute drive to Salamanca, and a 15 minute walk to Room for a Pony. The 540 bus stops 20 metres down the road,
It’s a 3 bed, 1 bathroom house with heaps of natural light and period charm. We currently live in the two front bedrooms and use the smaller bedroom as a study and guest room. The kitchen, bathroom and separate laundry are all part of a newer extension. The bathroom is big and includes a claw foot bath and the kitchen has gas cook tops and oven.
Move in date is flexible but the earlier the better.
Rent is paid fortnightly and is 525 for a single or 700 for a couple (and you’d have the spare room as well).
Bond is 700.
