There are two bedrooms for you to use as you wish. One as a bedroom the other could be an office, dressing room, spare room for friends or child. Or maybe just for storage. Both have ceiling fans and one of them is also air-conditioned. Both have built-in robes but neither has drawers. They are not large rooms but would fit a double. Having two of them will give you plenty of space.

My flatmate will enjoy their own private bathroom, living room and garage. Hey, you'll even have your own driveway. There is a undercover back area for you to use and a really big back yard. All the pictures are of your private spaces. We would only share the kitchen and laundry. There are public buses and shopping centre is nearby. The house is not brand new but its clean, neat and tidy. There are still some renovations going on. The house is divided into two parts so privacy for both of us is easily attained. I get the front of the house with my own garage, bathroom, living room, etc. And you get the back area with the same amount of living space. A new kitchen is about to go in so I haven't bothered to take a photo of the old one.
