The house has 3 loungerooms so you can have one of them all to yourself as well.

The bathroom has a bath and shower, there is a toilet which is separate to the bathroom.

Preferably have you apply through the real estate and be approved and have you on the lease with me.

House has central air conditioning, and ceiling fans in all rooms
Plenty of street parking available

Please bring your own: bedroom furniture, towels, linen, and personal kitchen items (plates, bowls, mugs, glasses, containers, pots, pans, etc.) as I prefer to keep these separate.

Shared items (optional): cutlery, kettle, toaster, air fryer, utensils, microwave and other kitchen appliances.
