The house is a 4 bedroom duplex; Close to shops, gyms, 5 minutes from Maitland train station and about 10 minutes from the expressway.
The house is furnished with air conditioning, a share of the kitchen and linen cupboards. The yard is on the smaller side with a clothes line and small patio that has a BBQ.
I typically park in the driveway as I have another car in the garage but there is typically parking right out the front.
I have a beautiful lazy 8 year old staffy cross. He is okay will small dogs and cats so happy to chat to see if they’d get along.

Description of pets
Frankie is a beautiful staffy cross who spends his days mostly sleeping. He does bark at new people when they get to the front door and naturally the mail man.
He enjoys his space and isn’t very cuddly but will sit on the lounge to watch TV with you. He is very well mannered and trained.
At times I travel for work so ideally I would like my housemate to be happy to give him dinner and top up his water.
