Please note: As the owner, I live on-site but occupy a completely separate living space from the main part of the home. Tenants will have full, unhindered access to the main shared house and the amenities listed below, with ample privacy.

​Ideally positioned near the Hunter Valley wine region, with easy commuting to Newcastle and Singleton (around 35 minutes) via the Hunter Expressway.

Rent: $300 per week (Single occupancy). Note: Additional charges apply for couples.
​Inclusions: High-speed internet is included in the rent. (Please note: Electricity, water, and gas utilities are split and not included.
​Bond: A standard refundable bond is required upon moving in, subject to a property inspection at the end of the tenancy.

​This property is a peaceful, well-maintained home ,rather than a share house and we seek a tenant who will treat it with respect.

Requirements: Looking for a clean, mature, and respectful individual who is employed full-time or studying while working part-time.

​Pets: Strictly no pets allowed (non-negotiable).

​Smoking/Vaping: Non-smokers are preferred. Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited indoors and only allowed in the designated outdoor covered area.

Atmosphere: This is a quiet, non-party household.
