Please note: As the owner, I live on-site but occupy a completely separate living space from the main part of the home. Tenants will have full, unhindered access to the main shared house and the amenities listed below, with ample privacy.

Rent: $300 per week (Single occupancy). Note: Additional charges apply for couples.
Inclusions: High-speed internet is included in the rent. (Please note: Electricity, water, and gas utilities are split and not included.
Bond: A standard refundable bond is required upon moving in, subject to a property inspection at the end of the tenancy.
This property is a peaceful, well-maintained home ,rather than a share house and we seek a tenant who will treat it with respect.
Requirements: Looking for a clean, mature, and respectful individual who is employed full-time or studying while working part-time.
Pets: Strictly no pets allowed (non-negotiable).
Smoking/Vaping: Non-smokers are preferred. Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited indoors and only allowed in the designated outdoor covered area.
Atmosphere: This is a quiet, non-party household.
