The bedroom currently has a queen size bed frame in the room however no mattress so would need to supply your own mattress for the bed or I can remove the bed for you. It would fit a king size bed frame in the room the ceiling fan is remote controlled as well.
You don’t have to stay cooped up In the room you are more than welcome to sit in the loungeroom or use the under cover outdoor entertaining area which has a fire pit outdoor lounge BBQ and woodfire oven

Description of the home
Older style renovated house with a separate toilet to the bathroom which has a full size Bath and separate shower which is also quite large. The loungeroom is large and we have a coffee Machine and breakfast bar station setup. There is no carpet and is all polished timber floorboards through the house laundry with washer and dryer. The kitchen has a gas oven and cooktop an air fryer, microwave and dishwasher. Also have an ice machine.
The loungeroom is large and is fully furnished we do have a separate dining space however at present don’t have a dining table but something I’m working on currently as i am getting it custom made.

Bills and expenses
The bills are Gas Electricity Water Usage and optional if want to have internet access then internet as well.
Internet is a monthly expense and is split equally and paid in advance
Gas Is quarterly and split equally
Electricity i quarterly and split equally
Water usage is quarterly and split equally
Also contributing to things like household essentials such as garbage bags dishwasher tablets, rinse aid, dish soap, cleaning products and toilet paper are all split equally and brought in bulk so need to remember to factor that into your budgets. You need to supply your own washing machine products.

North is 18 months old yellow Labrador who is a registered therapy dog. He is an absolute sweetheart and is always up for someone to give him a pat and cuddle. He loves his food however knows he cannot eat your own food. He is such an old soul and once you earn his trust he will love you forever.
