Your room includes a TV, and closet built in. For your towels, bedding, cleaning supplies and groceries (you buy) we have a multiple cupboards where everyone has their own shelves and you are expected to buy your own stuff. The rubbish liners bin are the only communal purchase amongst all 4 house mates, whereas toilet paper is communal with the 2 back house mates (organise amongst yourselves).

Description of pets
Nova (F, 1 yrs) Nova is a lovely border collie x kelpie she is a bundle of joy and is attached at the hip to Sophie & Daniel. She is very intelligent and will remember things you allow her to do so we ask please as she is still in training. NO jumping to greet people, don't let her in your room ( she knows how to open doors if your let her in she will self invite herself into your room when she pleases). Otherwise nova is very calm with occasional zoomies and loves to chew her toys. she is is a inside/ outside dog due to the small backyard meaning the floors occasionally get dirty when if rains due to the dirt outside (you are not expected to clean Sophie & dan will do that). She does shed a lot to manage the hair around the house we have bought an auto vacuum/Mop that runs at 9am throughout the weekdays.
????? (PUPPY ) : we are also expecting Charlotte to get a puppy soon unknown the age of breed although the dog will have a meet & greet with nova to deem it as ok to live within the house.
