Beautiful large home with maintained gardens and lawns in a nice quite area of Rutherford.

Bedroom is located at the back end of house near the main bathroom.

Bathroom has a bath tub, shower and toilet and is shared with another tenant, but is also the main bathroom of the house for visitors.

Parking is available in the driveway or on the street.

Included in rent is WiFi, Netflix, Disney, Stan, Binge, Paramount+, water, electricity, gas as well as common grocery items such as toilet paper, washing powder and various cooking items.

There is a seperate fridge you will share with the other tenant plus your own food cupboard space.

Washing machine, dryer as well as a full kitchen of cooking electrical items, large oven, dishwasher and microwave.

There is a seperate loungeroom with large tv and reclining lounge.

Inground pool and BBQ area are available to use.

Close to shops, in a quite cul-de-sac, easy access to highway and bus stops closeby.

House is kept clean at all times.

Bathroom is cleaned weekly on a roster system with the other tenant.

Hi Im Kellie, 55, currently taking a break from work and spending time with my grandchild while hes still a bub. Previously I worked fulltime as a payroll and accounts officer. I enjoy going to the gym, spending time with family and friends, going for walks, reading, listening to music and driving. I have 3 grown sons who live in Rutherford, gillo and Kurri. Maddison is my fur baby and the only pet of the house.
My husband is Mark, 53, who works fulltime as a B Double truck driver, and does shift work. You will often find Mark tinkering in his large shed on cars, or at the bar on the back patio.
Jenny is our other Tennant who has been with us for approx. 4 months and is long term.
We have been renting rooms in our home now for around 2 years with a mixture of couples, singles, male and female.
We are private people who enjoy our privacy, but will also have a chat when all in the same area. Easy to get along with and our area of the house is located at the front. Middle of the home is the shared rooms and rented rooms, laundry and bathroom are located at the back

Description of pets
Maddison is our fir baby and is generally an inside cat who ventures out to do perimeter checks. She has a cat door which gets locked at night and is not allowed out at night. She rules the house, doesn't like people but means the world to us. She will basically stay away from people
