About occupants
Although I do not live in the main house I do have my office setup in the spare room and work from home. I have my own bathroom and kitchen in my studio which is adjacent to the house. I like to garden alot so I'm usually taking care of the lawns and the gardens. I also work as I have my own business. I am a professional musician. I tour as well so away alot. I like my privacy and respect others privacy as well. I am an extrovert but also like to have my quiet time in the large garden. I have two dogs that I take to the beach and river. They do not go into the main house and are with me always. There is currently one other flatmate who is a shift worker. I am looking for someone working fulltime who is respectful, mindful of work/sleep schedule and someone who understands it's definitely not a party house. No tolerance for drugs and excessive alcohol.

What's important for me in a flatmate firstly is integrity and honesty since you will be sharing a home with others. I expect the home to be well maintained and having the kitchen and bathroom clean is paramount to having a harmonious living arrangement with a flatmate. Paying rent on time is also important as I budget my mortgage and bills. This is NOT a party house and I expect flatmates to cease noise by 10pm.
Description of pets
My big labrador is friendly but also a great watch dog. He is always in my studio not in the house. My Jack Russel is a character and again always with me and not in the main house. They both share the yard. I clean up their poop twice a day so the yard is always clean, tidy and poop free. I am very strict about yard cleanliness as I do alot of gardening and lets face it, no one wants to walk in dog poop.
