About occupants
I’m a 56 yo female and I’ve just moved into a studio space at the back of my house. I’m looking to rent out 3 bedrooms in the main part of the house, one room with ensuite. I’m sociable but enjoy my quiet time and space. I currently have one dog and two cats living with me in the studio so you will have to be ok with animals in the yard. The animals do not have access to the main house unless you invite them in for a cuddle lol

Description of pets
There are currently 2 cats and 1 dog at the house. One of the cats and the dog are my daughter’s pets which she was unable to take with her to Melbourne.

Winnie (dog) is a 4 year old Bull Arab X. She is extremely friendly. Winnie gets excited when new people arrive but then
calms down quite quickly.
Tilley (cat) is about 6 years old and also very friendly. She’ll let you know if you’re allowed to pat her by jumping on your knee and bumping your hand.
Pepper (cat) is my old boy who is now 18 years old. He’s also very friendly and will curl up on a human any chance he gets. He’s quite frail now and will generally be either with me or asleep on the verandah
