Hi there, I have a room with river views to let in my home, comes with builtin robes and own bathroom, at Gravelly Beach a half hour drive up the West Tamar from town, have a double bed for temp use in a spare room, the home has large gardens fruit trees and a working vege garden with undercover off St parking share lounge, dining, kitchen
( fridge & larder space), laundry, the od meals together, share power/water bills cleaning and common home expenses, I'm a keen gardener/recycler who grows my own veges so a like minded person more than welcome.

Am early retired non binary guy, A relaxed quiet home w large gardens, smokers ok but outdoors only, wifi, heat pump, solar, fire place, own space with plenty of privacy around home and garden, bush walks and swimming in summer, Not a party, drug house, so if your into a greener lifestyle great, walk to Tamar river, 5min drive to Exeter shops, 30minn drive to Greens beach, 30min drive to Launie, shops, bars, restaurants etc.
General store, post office 10min walk.
1 person preferred or couple considered for double the rent.
I regularly travel on commitments will be available for viewing from Mon 17-10-25
House is neat, clean and tidy, Crappy photos but will replace change later, sorry.
