A beautiful 3-bedroom house located in a very quiet street. Two-floors brick house with a big garage. It has a large living area with comfortable sofas and all-day sunshine. Full furniture kitchen with a gas stove, plenty of storage space. Separate toilets and bathroom, one toilet at downstairs. Bid backyard with BBQ area and garden. Very close to Prospect shopping center, and a public playground just in the back of the house.

Currently, we have one couple and one guy living in this house. Everyone in the house is full-time students, we are generally quiet, polite, and respectful towards one another. We would like the new housemate is employed or a student like us.
