There is a lovely room in a family home. It is a quiet residential area and the house well equipped. It is a no event home so no visitors or parties. As a family home there are sometimes my grandchildren come to stay a night or two. One room is rented to a teenager, female. There is myself and I am retired and I have family and a few friends who come to visit.
