Home Description
Description of the home
The living area at present is not furnished and would be available for you, it is tiled throughout. Attached to it is the kitchen, this is only a small space I have a fridge and microwave which I use. But I will move them if you want to bring your own or you can share them.
You have your own bathroom with vanity, shower and stand alone bath. The toilet is separate. I have my own bathroom attached to my room.
The LUG is big enough for one car, there is more space out the front for parking if required off the road but not covered.
We are situated about 15 minutes walk away from the SCU. The shopping centers are about a 15 minute drive away, there are also buses.
I am in my 50s live a quiet life enjoy going for walks and try generally to keep fit, so it would probably suit someone a bit mature in years as it is not a party house. I enjoy living a quiet and private life.
Cats also live here so you would have to be a pet friendly person, who doesn't mind if they come over for a cuddle.
So I cannot allow any more pets Sorry!

My name is Patricia. I am over 50 and at the moment not working, I do volunteer work during the week. I enjoy exercising going for a walk and run regularly. My main priority are my Cats, I spend most of my time with them and when they go out it is only with me. You must be a pet friendly person, as they may come around for a cuddle. I like watching sport on the Internet or TV, mainly football (soccer). But I don't mind watching most sports.
I also enjoy watching a movie occassionally.
They live in the unit and like to roam around, usually going from room to room following the sun throughout the day.
I take them out regularly, our garden isn't very big but we have small trees in the back they like to climb.
So more than anything I would need you to be easy going about the cats and not get upset if they want to pay you a visit for a cuddle.
They are all around the age of 10 now.
