My name is Dee i have a fully furnished bedroom for rent.
The rent is $400 per week that includes bills and wifi, you get your own bathroom downstairs and your own fridge down stairs as you buy your own food and all other nessecities.
I would like too rent the room out too a mine worker who has a rotating swing, wether it be 1 week on 1 week off or 2 weeks on 1 week off.
I am a clean freak the property is kept clean and tidy at all times. So if your not clean and tidy, cant clean up after yourself dont waste my time or yours applying.
I am a truck driver, so i get up early and go to bed early, no partying during the week .
I dont mind if you want too cut loose on the weekend, but nothing too over the top.
Also no couples, single male or female only.
You have parking out on the street, its a quite street in East Mackay. At the end of the street is the beach, i have basically a full gym set up in garage which if your into fitness or keeping in shape you can utilise.
Look forward too hearing from a suitable house mate that fits all the requirements.

You will buy your own food i have 1 room set up as a pantry, i will organise a seperate shelving for your food.
