Beautiful house in the best area of Slade Point. 1-2mins from the beach and seabreeze hotel. The house is run off solar electricity, with a big pool, electric 1 bay garage and a 2 bay shed plus decent size yard with a fence, i am an animal lover. Recently have been doing a few garden Reno's, have got that green thumb all around the inside and outside of the house. All bills are halved with everyone in the house. WiFi is available (monthly plan) house comes fully furnished but if you have furniture you would like to bring I can make room. Your room will have its own private lock with key.
